    Brief description of the work and author profile: Painting depicting St. Thomas Aquinas who, supported by angels, receives the girdle of chastity. At the top appears the monstrance, symbol of the Eucharist, accompanied by little angels and cherubs. On the left we see a running woman who, after having tried in vain to tempt the saint, is chased away by him with a burning wood visible on the ground in the foreground. it is a very faithful and very well executed copy from the work of Pacecco de Rose.
