The medallion is of gilded copper and depicts, in relief, two angels kneeling on a cloud in an act of adoration and holding a monstrance, symbol of the SS. Sacrament.
The monstrance, with vine shoots and spikes, is repeated on the white silk banner with golden embroidery, is exhibited or carried in procession on some religious solemnities, such as Corpus Domini, the Forty Eucharistic Hours and the Feast of the Patroness "Maria SS. of Constantinople, the Odigitria ”.
