Brief description of the work and of the author profile: Ovoid canvas depicting the adoration by the Magi with the attendants who bring gifts. In the foreground the crowns and scepters of two kings in adoration and kneeling are highlighted, while the third manifests wonder by raising his right hand, in showing his gift, and in the act of bending before kneeling. The Madonna is pleased and the Child is in the act of blessing while St. Joseph with the Lily, symbol of purity, is behind Mary and scrutinizes the scene. Above all two cherubs and in the sky the comet which is still observed, after having been a guide, by the last character of the procession.
